The interview process was an absolute disaster. The hiring manager did not prepare the interview. She was making random questions. I was supposed to get a feedback within a week. I´ve never heard back either from the HR or Hiring Manager. After a month, I figured myself to contact some HR in Manchester working on Johnson Controls to find out what happend with my application. The HR again didn't give me an answer til finally I decided to personally call him. In that moment, he told me that the hiring manager was no interested in my profile because I had not enough experience. Obviously, if she would read my CV she could have avoided me the interview as the experience was well detailed in the CV. In my opinion, this is a company to avoid. Lack of total professionality.
