The interview experience was disappointing. The first interview was with a recruiter and an HR Business Partner. During the call, the HR Business Partner kept her camera off and did not engage in the discussion at all, which I found unprofessional. The recruiter also seemed unprepared and asked questions that did not appear relevant to the role. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication gave me a negative impression of the company’s culture and hiring practices.
