The interview process was for about 2 weeks with about 5 interviewers. It was focused on my experience. Most of the interviewers were experts in their fields and it was overall an easy interview. During the very first interview I clarified that I am looking only for hybrid/remote role and they were okay with it. In fact, I clarified it one more time during the interview with the manager for the position. One week after all the rounds of interview, they sent an email - " your interviews went well and that you are under consideration for the position. We are still completing the process and hope to make a decision within the next week.". An another week later a single shot email: "As we are looking for a person to come to office for at least 3 days in a week, please let me know if that works for you." You interpreted for yourself.
