The company Recruitment Manager contacted me. She was very professional, and always got back to me as promised. The interviews were well organized, and I was kept informed of any last-minute changes. The status of my application was also updated timely. There were four rounds of interview. Interviews were conducted with the recruiting manager, HR, and other related functions. Two rounds of the interview were face to face, and two were through Skype video conference. All the interviewers were respectful, friendly, and provided essential information on the role. The interview atmosphere was always cordial. The company culture and the recent changes in organization structure were explained by the HR. A psychometric assessment was also included. The whole process was a pleasant experience.
