First I needed to do a telephone interview. After this I needed to do some tests at home. A few week later I heard that they were great so I could come in for an interview. After this interview I needed to do another interview. And after that I waited for 2 more weeks only to hear that I didn't get it. But it was a competitive selection, I knew that.
