Two 15-min online interviews with HR and a senior manager, followed by a 3-hour written assessment. Final stage - a 30-min online interview with two senior analysts. The interviewers were rather friendly and open. The communication with the candidates could be improved - the company did not reach out with the decision by the agreed date, so I had to contact the HR twice to find out that my application was unsuccessful. No personal feedback was provided.
