I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sibylline in Mar 2022
Interview
Don't bother.
Process 2+ months, 2 interviews and a test, with zero communication between rounds.
My two interviews, either side of a 3-hour test, were with the same people, asking the exact same questions. When I asked for feedback on the test, it was clear they hadn't looked at it.
I had to constantly chase to know what was going on in the process, and was usually ghosted.

Question 1
The dull classics; e.g.: "Tell me about yourself."
Extensive. Multiple interviews, asked to complete mental thought process screening exams, asked to prepare extensive presentation. After completing all of that, they did not respond for months and ultimately sent an auto-generated email 3+ months later saying the job was no longer available.

Question 1
How comfortable are you with managing a remote team?
The interview process was comprehensive and structured. After CV and cover letter submission, an online timed assessment designed was sent to evaluate key skills relevant to the position. This was followed by a screening call with a member of the HR team, who provided an overview of the company and the role while reviewing some details such as salary expectations. Overall, the entire process spanned approximately one month.

Question 1
Questions on specific country developments in the region
Generic questions from HR first round. Panel interview second round with a written test in between the two rounds.
Poor communication at all points throughout the process. No feedback offered, despite having given up hours of personal time to do a written assignment for them. Don't apply for this company - if they treat external applicants this badly, you'd wonder about internal employees.
