The process consisted of a 3 hour long written test, followed by 2 interviews with HR and the team. The test is fairly easy but requires you set aside a good few hours. After this I was simply sent a standard HR rejection email, with no feedback. Considering the length of and time required for the process, I found this downright insulting and lazy. Don't bother with this company, if they treat applicants with such disrespect I can only guess how badly they do to new employees.
