Interview
Poor experience overall. This company has issues with communication and does not value candidates' time. I had 2 interviews, was asked to write a research brief, took an online psychometric test, and finally was asked to create and give a presentation. I didn't hear anything from the hiring manager for three weeks after all of that and was finally sent a generic "Thank you for your interest but unfortunately we have decided..." email. The whole process took about 7 weeks. Obviously, this job market is shifted to employers' benefit and they're going to find the best-qualified person, which is of course understandable. However, companies, including Sibylline seem to also feel they're entitled to disregard peoples' time and effort. Very poor experience overall and if this is how they treat job candidates, I can't imagine how they treat their employees.
