I went through two rounds, first was a one hour interview and then I was asked to complete two assignments which I found a little odd for a recruiting position but none the less I was open, however after assignments were completed and sent through within the given time frame, I was ghosted and have not heard a word back since, even though I have reached out on multiple occasions.
Being a Recruiter myself I know first hand that creating a positive candidate experience is crucial, as it reflects the organization's employer brand and can influence the overall perception of the company, due to this unfortunate experience it has created a poor image for Sibylline and I would not consider another role with them.
