1. Technical interview with the Lead Frontend Engineer. Went over experience. Worked on a selection of exercises in a code sandbox with an approachable and focused format.
2. Culture fit interview with the Senior Product Manager, Senior Design Engineer and Lead Backend Engineer. Went over my experience working with cross-functional teams.
3. Final interview with the Director of Engineering. Went over approach, experience, and expectations.
The process was great: fast and accommodating.

Interview
Had an initial phone interview with one of their recruiters who asked if I would be interested in the healthcare industry. I initially declined due to the fact that my background was mainly in Python (they are strictly a Java shop). They mentioned this wouldn't be an issue and as a matter of fact they embraced the idea of other devs with different tech backgrounds (awesome!). 2 rounds of phone interviews which took about 2 weeks and they come back and tell me they want someone who was more familiar with Java. Smh... if that was such a rigid criteria, why did we even move forward with the interviews? Just very disrespectful of my time.

Had 1 hour interview with engineering manager. Some technical question, also talk about projects I worked in detail.
At end there was coding, more like discussion and pair programming, which related to adapter design pattern.
