I have applied through a recruiter by end of Oct and started the interview process by end of Nov, phone screen with the hiring manager, then first interview with 3 interviewers 30 minutes for each, then a call with the HR discussing the benefits, then online personality assessment, then a final interview with another 2 interviewers and the hiring manager 30 minutes for each, then I have been informed that I'm accepted and they will send me an offer, they asked me if I'm vaccinated against Covid-19 and we agreed on the joining date, after that the recruiter back to me and said that they are not gonna move forward with an offer because they are not feeling comfortable that I will relocate from California to Chicago, I don't believe that reason because since begging it's know to all of them in all the discussion including the recruiter and the HR that I'm in California and will move to Chicago, so looks like someone in the upper management stopped the offer for some reasons after I passed all the interviews and informed that I will receive an offer, unprofessional behavior at all and very bad experience
