Interview
One of the most deeply disrespectful and unprofessional interviews I have ever had. The interviewers did not schedule the interview during my availability and they showed up 15 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. They spent the next 5 minutes explaining the obligations of the position, leaving me 10 minutes to answer their questions. Their questions were entirely focused on negative elements of the job. I used the last two minutes to ask questions, which they were unable to answer. The interviewers told me they would get back to me within a few days and never contacted me again.

Interview
For the spring recruiting cycle, there were 3 rounds of interviews if I am correct. I didn't make it past the first round, but it was a pretty basic initial interview with one of the paralegal managers and someone from the e-Discovery department. I believe the interviews would have been with people the role would interact with more as one progressed in the rounds.
