I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sidley Austin (Palo Alto, CA) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was easy and friendly. Basically, told about myself and my goals. First, I was interviewed by the managers and paralegal supervisor. The second round was with parters. Each interview took about 30 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sidley Austin
Interview
Very dry and straight forward. No pleasantries. No room for personality, or small talk. Just went straight into your experience and work. No way to connect with interviewer. Overall odd experience.
The paralegal managers were friendly but HR was surprisingly an absolute nightmare. I asked a few really basic questions to HR and was accused of wanting to take unlimited sick time simply for asking about their policies. One of the weirdest interviews I have ever done.
