Consisted of a 1 hour interview over zoom with one of the partners where I was asked different questions about myself - e.g. where i went to uni etc. and then was given an article and had to discuss it and identify the issues and any implications.

Interview
Very relaxed at all stages. Mainly conversational. FT article with 15 min prep time. About 1 month old at the time. Spent 30 mins discussing but some partners I heard spent little time on this. Can go into significant detail but don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer. Then motivational questions, where the partner will drill down on one aspect.

1h interview with partner after reading a FT article. Asked competency questions about networking experience, teamwork etc and some commercial questions about private equity, what does a partner do etc.
