I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sidley Austin in Jun 2024
Interview
Skipped screener and was immediately asked to do a virtual call-back interview post resume drop; call-back consisted of five short interviews (3 partners, 2 associates) as well as a brief chat with an HR representative
3 interviewers, 20ish minutes each. Nothing unexpected, but great conversations with each. I received the offer about a day after, so they are very on top of things. All virtual, I don't think they do in person interviews.

What would you consider the most difficult position on your resume?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sidley Austin in Jul 2023
Interview
I was invited straight to callback, and signed up for a time using an online portal link. The only option was virtual. After selecting the interview time, I was shared a link to the online meeting along with the names of the three intervieweres. I got 20-minutes with each interviewers, who would join the meeting at a 20-minute mark. Given 20-minutes isn't a long time, the conversation would be ongoing when the next interviewer joined, so be sure to review any notes you have on the interviewers well beforehand. They asked a few tough questions, which seems reasonable given they skipped the screener altogether.
