I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Siemens Digital Industries Software (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
Only one interview, with my to-be supervisor. It was quick (scheduled a couple days in advance) and I had a response 2 days after the interview. The interviewer called me without advance notice to ask a few questions, then scheduled an in person, 1-on-1 interview in the next two days. The interview was 30 minutes long and vaguely technical. I was asked some general questions about C++ concepts, but I did not do any whiteboarding questions. A few questions about leadership experiences and the like as well.

Interview
It was a 4 step interview process. It started with a general screening, then an HR interview, then 2 technical interviews.
The HR interview was just getting to know my work environment, preferences etc. The technical interviews gave a series of python problems and such to solve

Interview
Was ghosted after successfully doing both dsa questions in OA. The questions were of medium level. I tried contacting the company many times. There was no response. So i would say it was a waste of my time
