Awful experience. Recruiter reached me out to schedule an interview, which turned out to be a nightmare to find a common slot due to different timezones. Back and forth e-mail exchange with me providing visibility on several time slots that would work for me. I even asked about the recruiter's availability for the following working days so I could adjust accordingly. The recruiter offered only 1 possible time slot in each reply and showed a total lack of flexibility. Finally we were able to find a common time slot! Everything ready for the call until... 15 minutes before the interview, the recruiter sent an e-mail explaining that the interview has been cancelled because they decided to go forward with 2 other candidates, stating that I would be contacted if things ended up not working out with them. Total lack of consideration and respect with candidates
