Siemens hiring process consists of 3 rounds - Technical written test, aptitude written test and final interview ( hr and Technical ). Each round is an elimination round .The level of questions asked in written test is average and can be easily solved . Interview requires deep knowledge about your subjects.

pretty good they asked basic hr ( human resource) questions first followed by technical questions based on electronics and tele communcation engineering plus networking and basic electrical engineering. no pressure interview as such
