First stage is a phone interview covering personal questions and previous experience, followed by an onsite interview consisting of a presentation, tour of the office, paper test, interview with 2 employees and a group exercise. For the presentation part it was necessary to create a 10-15 min presentation covering a previous project of choice and one city that was visited. Written test focused mostly on testing based questions and requirements design, while the interview and group exercise covered competency questions and building a bridge using the materials provided.
