I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers (Bengaluru) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview was one of the worst I have attended in my 8 plus year's of experience, One of the interviewer kept copy pasting some code samples and was asking for the output and issues with it , Maybe they were not sure what they wanted to ask or How to interview for an 8 years experienced candidate should be done. Before this round I had cleared a online test and 2 rounds of virtual face to face interviews which went very well. and it was told this round would be with Architect and based on how it went and the questions asked I feel they have to learn first how to interview the candidates based on their experience and I'm happy in a way for not to joining their team.

I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers in Apr 2026
Interview
Recruiter called and scheduled the interview. 1st round of interview focused on practical knowledge for applied skill set. Questions on OOPS, .Net core and Design Patterns. One coding question on stack and one question to swap two variable without using 3rd. 2nd round was bit disappointing , they asked UML, Class diagram and Kubernetes architecture diagram. JWT token and authentication implementation. You cannot expect to implement whole authentication flow with correct syntax during a 45 min interview.

Interview
The interview process typically includes two technical rounds, followed by managerial and HR discussions. After that, they mention they'll get back to you with the offer letter. However, when it comes to compensation, don’t expect much—they’re usually not generous with hikes or offers. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and disappointing.
