I had multiple interviews with various Siemens Healthineers Employees. Before the virtual and in-person interviews I recorded answers to questions through a website as a pre-interview for the hiring and selection personnel to get to know me before the actual interview. The virtual and in-person interviews followed pretty much the same format of each individual on the interview panel stating their work experience with Siemens Healthineers and their role in the organization before they launched the interview with me by each individual taking a turn and asking various questions about my work experience and offering scenarios to see how I would approach it and what course of action I would take for each scenario.
