Interview
The first stage of the interview process was pretty straightforward. However, at the second interview the company chose to call back people they clearly had no interest in hiring. There were also some really abstract questions asked such as: How many gaps stations do you think are there in the country? and What animal would you to be? I did not see a correlation between this and the administrative nature of the position.

Interview
I was emailed for a phone interview about 2 weeks after applying online. About a week after the phone interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I met with the SVP and VP of the group that I would be supporting. They were professional and accommodating. They explained the job requirements and expectations and then asked about my experience in the “tell me about yourself” manner. They interacted with my discussion, asking questions and adding details about the job. I was taken on a small tour of the area and then walked out. Over all a pleasant experience and beautiful office.
