Nach ein paar Tagen Einladung zu einem Online Vorstellungsgespräch mit Teamkollegen. Neben ein paar kleinen Fachfragen (z.B. "was macht ein Pull-up Resistor?") und der Beschreibung von bisherigen Erfahrungen in den zukünftigen Tätigkeitsbereichen war's auch schon vorbei. Fragen bezüglich Soft-Skills (Stärken, Schwächen, Arbeitsweise) wurden nicht gestellt. Nach ca. einer Woche kam die Einladung zum Vor-Ort Termin, an dem die Zusage erfolgte und das Arbeitsumfeld vorgestellt wurde.
