Very practical and behavioral questions which test your thinking and team work skills. Had several rounds questions regarding test strategy, test documentation, test guides, regression testing, exploratory testing, milestone targets
3 rounds include phone call and onsite, both fast and intermediate. The culture is quite good in Siemens. The interview focuses on experience and real case study of a candidate.

There were 2 rounds of interview first round is went for more than an hour and manager round took almost an hour followed by HR Round
In HR Round HR will explain you reporting structure and where you will be working and notice period, salary discussion also ask you for payslips and offer letter of previous organization.make you feel like you have selected
