Question from the Quality Director: "If you could bring back three people to life who are dead right now, who would they be and why"? Next question from Quality Director: "If you had 3 wishes for Siemens that you could make come true, what would they be and why?" Yes, seriously... this is the type of behavior from upper management that companies are tolerating right now. Are these legitimate questions to ascertain qualified people for quality positions? I could see if this was sales or marketing, but quality.... really? Another example of upper management/director level with no accountability.
