The on-site interview included three group-based technical problem-solving activities, followed by a presentation on solving a technical challenge. Afterward, there was an in-person interview to discuss my approach and experience. The process assessed teamwork, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge relevant to the manufacturing engineering role at Siemens Healthineers.
