I had an initial interview followed by an assignment. After submitting it, I received no acknowledgment nor clarity on the next steps in the process. I later met with the hiring manager and was told it was just a "chat" since she’d be unavailable for the assignment presentation. This "chat" was a monumental red flag - the lack of EQ and proper interviewer training was evident. Since that meeting, despite two follow-ups, I’ve received no response. Ghosting a candidate speaks volumes.
