No real recruiter screen, just a quick survey for initial screening. Manager interview followed by an interview with the manager and team onsite that also involved a project based on a prompt they sent ahead of time. After doing all stages and following up with both the recruiter and manager, I was ghosted. Do better - communicate with candidates either way, especially when you require an onsite interview.
