I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (Mumbai)
Interview
It was very average. The technical test was ok but interviews were too long unnecessarily for a position like analyst. Also the response time from hr was too slow despite so many followups

Background and basic details and some accounting technical questions
the whole process took 2 months, 1 interview per month!!! The HR lady was super incompetent and lack of communication as she didn't communicate anything about the result, feedback or next steps etc. Only when I emailed them multiple times after ghosting me for weeks, The interviewers on the other hands were nice and pleasant.

Interviewed by three people, two of which were Karens. They were not interested in hiring me and were just going through the motions. I followed up with them just in case but never heard back.
