Applied online and went through 5 stages (Application, online assessments, video interview, assessment centre and final interview. . Really enjoyed the assessment centre as it was engaging and challenging. Employers were friendly and professional but casual.

Strengths-based interview with scenario type questions "Tell me about a time when you..."
One interview by phone ( sent my CV from LinkedIn) and then one last interview presencial.
After that start covid, and I only started working 2 months later. But it was really fast the process

Applied via University job portal. Two person interview that was very casual. Talked over my resume and career goals and then took a brief tour of the facilities.
