Assessment day: morning session involves general group exercises, instrument data interpretation and an individual presentation. Only those who make it through the morning session get to the interview part.

Give us an example where you had to make a tough choice that wasn’t to everyone’s liking.
Alors, chez Siemens à Zoug, le processus d’entretien est plutôt classique. D’abord, tu postules en ligne, puis si ton profil plaît, les RH te contactent pour un premier entretien assez général. Ensuite, tu passes un ou deux entretiens plus techniques avec le manager ou l’équipe, où ils veulent surtout voir si ton expérience colle au poste et si le feeling passe. C’est assez professionnel, parfois un peu long, mais globalement très respectueux et bien organisé.
