Assessment centre: - Introduction with all the candidates, brief presentation by managers - Group exercise, given a booklet with an article about a new piece of tech (not related to job) and asked to discuss in our group about how Siemens could implement this new tech as a new business opportunity. - Then had a formal interview with 2 of the managers.
