Pathetic hiring process. They scheduled my interview 3 or 4 times during the course of 2 months but never sent a confirmation email or call letter leaving me wondering if I should go for the interview. They did not even send the job description despite asking many times. Finally they sent the call letter to attend the interview. I had requested them many times to schedule the interview post lunch but they always said the panel is not available post lunch and that I have to come before 10.30 even though I had to travel very far. How can they be so rigid and inflexible? They did not even discuss the salary expectations before calling for the interview. Just had 1 round. The interviewer just asked basic dot net questions. He was friendly and said we have old products on old technologies to work on. He seemed happy and said you will have another round so wait for some time. Then he comes back after 10 mins saying we will consider you for product owner role and not for architect. I said was not interested and left.
