Interview
The interview process was quick and straight forward. Four Interviews. there were two phone interviews and one in person interview. This role reports into Canada and the US and two of those interviews with were my managers.
Even though the process itself takes longer than ususal, I think the interview process is pretty straight forward, although i do not prefer the pre recorded introduction part as it cancels out the conversation of EDI from the start. Other than that its good. (I did not get selected for this role, but went through the interview phase)

The process was supposed to consist of 3-4 rounds in total. I made it through two rounds. The Talent Acquisition professional was pleasant to deal with, but a bit slow to respond. The second interviewer was not a skilled interviewer and did not provide great guidance during the conversation. I walked away uneducated about the role responsibilities and the systems that the organization uses.
