It was a scheduled walking on October 26th, 2018. I was there at 10:00 am as per the slot given to me. There were around 10 other candidates came for the same position. I was called for a discussion to a conference room and the first round was taken by Agile Coach. He took the interview for around 1.5 hrs and I was told I was selected. I was asked to have lunch and come back for second round. Then at 02:30 I had another round of technical discussion. It was for around 45 minutes taken by a senior manager. He told that he was very much satisfied with the discussion and told that he will check with HR if the other rounds can also be done on the same day itself. After 15-20 minutes, HR came and told that I was selected and manager was not available and had to wait for a week for the third round. Now, today I got email from consultancy after continuous follow up that I was rejected. Double games. Still I don't understand if they want to show off with interviews.
