Interview
It was a technical interview that lasted more than 2 hours. Everybody was polite and friendly. I got invinted by a group member on phone and it was kind of informal. Interview was arranged 2 days after the phone call.

Question 1
All kind of technicall questions regarding PCB design (70%), electrical motors (20%), and control of power electronics (10%). Most of questions were about PCB desing (where to place capacitors, layout, how to minimize parasitic inductances). Finally, the interview also included and a lot of drawing on whiteboard.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. HR first contacted me for a screening call to confirm my background and expectations. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and team members. They clearly explained the job scope, responsibilities, and project involvement. The role mainly focuses on design tasks, coordination with internal teams, and supporting project execution. Overall, the atmosphere was professional and friendly.
