Interview
The HR had an initial telephonic call, which was followed by a more technical telephonic screening. Then they invited me for F2F interviews. The first round was a presentation on a research topic I worked on and focused on my contributions and how I solved the research problem. There was plenty of interest and several pertinent questions were raised. This was the major deciding round.
This was followed by 1:1 and 1:2 interviews with the Technical Lead and Manager. They were focused on exact requirements for the role and my background/expertise. Not overly technical, more like a general discussion. Finally had an interview with the HR.
A great overall experience. The HR had arranged everything perfectly. When certain interviewers were not available, alternatives were arranged instantly. Looking forward to working there.
