I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Alīgarh, Uttar Pradesh) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was very unfair. The company came in the month of August in my college. They had three rounds - written, technical interview and HR.
The level of test was moderate. But when they started with interview process . They started with technical and if they liked any candidate after 15-20 mins they sent them to the HR . Without completing the whole technical process they sent few students in HR in mid way of technical interviews. which is quite unfair for other as there could be any deserving student waiting for his or her turn but sending students to HR without the completion of one round is not expected from such a high reputed company.
