They ask about your experience and your ability to read blueprints and drawings, and on the second interview they put blueprints in front of you to see if you can read it and measure the part that they give you.
Firstly hr interview then another with hr and 2 Members from a team where i was assigned then and the process was ok all in all . A good experience for me I think.

It’s an all in one type of interview very technical, very intensive. The interviewers very cold, poker faced. I got to know the people after the interview and they are actually quite friendly :)
