I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Siemens (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview was scheduled and before interview multiple follow ups were done like whether I would be joining the interview or not etc. Post the interview no feedback was given. Overall I had to keep following up for a month post which I decided its not worth the effort. I called the HR multiple times no response. I tried reaching another HR even she didn't pick up then I tired again a week after checking for feedback she said she will let me know then again no response. Then when I tired again after 5 ,6 days asking for feedback the HR gave a blunt response telling "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR FEEDBACK , MAYBE YOU ARE NOT SELECTED THAT'S WHY NO FEEDBACK IS GIVEN". I don't understand why they take interviews and waste candidates time when they can't provide positive /negative feedback.
An agency recruiter secured the first round interview for me after we chatted. The interview was online with the engineering manager. The next stage would have been on site and more technical but I did not get that far.

Attended four rounds of interview, two technical, one manager round and a HR round.
In technical rounds questions are from easy to difficult level. Good Experience, I did not get the offer.
Online Technical Test which is basically MCQ based test and then subsequently followed by technical interview by a panel. Technical interview is based on the job that we have applied for and the specific project that the job is posted for.
