Interview process started with some group activities. You will be working on a case study and will have to answer few questions and do some calculations. This will then followed by a group presentation and then question and answer portion from communications staff.
After this, there is a personality/character and competency interview. Questions are generally simple and can be easily answered provided that you know who you are and how you work, have related experiences.
Lesson I learned looking back from it is to be very prepared. Don't overthink, just look at the job decription and prepare at least 2 answers for each skills. Don't worry if you don't have experience on some skills either. Just communicate it to the interviewer how you are willing to improve them.
Make sure you are aligned with the values and culture of the company as employers are looking for someone who will stay there for long term.
Finally, you have to search about the cometitiveness of the salary within the market (by role, industry, location etc.) as it will help you in negotiating your salary. Knowing this will help you answer the final question and providing a reasonable answer with some research will show that you really prepared.
