Applied online, was through their Applicant tracking system, called by HR to arrange for phone interview. went through all the same employment related question which were answered during the application. interview lasted somewhat 25 min. Finally, HR person said, will forward the profile to HR manager to make the decision on next in-person interview call. within a week, received automated e-mail response that I have not been selected for next stage interview.
