They asked about previous experience, how comfortable I am with answering phones and what previous employers said about me. It was a group asking questions and there was a grammar and spelling proofreading test. There was an alphabetizing test as well.

What challenge I have faced in a pressured situation
Super kind and accommodating interviewers. Very quick turnaround time with regards to communication, even with my own schedule being jam packed. Interviewed initially on Zoom and received an offer a week or so later.
