Recruiter called to schedule an interview, then followed up by email. On the day of the interview, they required a 30 minute test on skills before the panel met. They provided the interview questions and 30 minutes to review them. A panel of 5, composed of HR staff plus one manager, conducted the interview. Each person sequentially, asked a question. The last question was an opportunity to ask them anything. All panelists were professional and welcoming. They concluded with providing the next step of the recruiting process.
