Prior to the interview process, candidates were asked to create a 10 minute presentation as though they were delivering it to an audience of high school parents. There were 4 interviewers around a table. Each took turns asking questions...then they took notes as I answered questions. I like to make eye contact when I am being interviewed and because they all had their heads down it was a little off-putting.
