Had an initial phone call with the recruiter, not a video interview. One of the most negative interviews I have ever had. The recruiter was not engaging and audibly sighed during some of my answers. They also became very defensive when I asked about whether or not the current job market was impacting employee turnover/recruiting and how this position could help in that area. I did not move to the next round, but was told there would be two more rounds before an offer was made.
