Pathetic experience!! Round 1 - Horrible experience with HR. Very unprofessional. Horrible English. I could not understand what he was saying, so he started speaking in Hindi. Kept on speaking( as if I am warning you) about targets to be achieved at this senior position. Round 2 - Technical discussion - Not very much technical. Just wanted to know what I was working on and the role I played in current organization. Round 3 - This was most strange and pathetic. Interviewer straight away said, I do not see you are fit for the role, as you have no experience in handling INDIAN CLIENTS( I had worked with 5 Indian clients, which I told him). This was true to some extent, which I had earlier told in the 2 rounds. However while screening the resume in the beginning, why do you proceed further with the interview process. Such a waste of my and your time. Interviewer was highly un-professional, where he attended a call during the interview. Did not ask me much questions. Kept on saying I do not see you fit for the role. Interview lasted for 15 mins, where 5 - 7 mins, he spoke on some personal/official call.
