Internal recruiter reached out with a few initial questions to see if I was qualified for a phone interview. After responding, she scheduled an initial phone interview. I joined the Zoom meeting and waited 10 minutes and she didn't show. I emailed her letting her know I was on the call but could reschedule if she got tied up. She never attended the scheduled phone interview and when I emailed about rescheduling, she never responded. The job is still posted too.
