A recruiter team from the company reached out to me through a job website. I had an initial interview with that recruiter and felt that it went well initially. The second round interview was with a manager and production team manager while I thought this interview went well and answered all interview questions with what I thought was excellent communication and direct. This position would require me to relocate from California to New Hampshire. Complete willing to do, whatever reason they elected to go a different direction. What I didn’t like about the end results is lack of a phone call to tell me they decided to continue to search for other candidates. I got a standard boiler plate email, thanks but no thanks.
